What are your installation days and hours?

Monday-Friday 3:00am – 3:00pm (NO installation’s on weekends or major holidays.

How soon after I place my order will the installation be completed?

24-48 hours !

Do you offer sign storage ?

Yes , free of charge !

How do I get my signs to you?

Signs can be picked up at your office , or you can simply leave them at a listing – After your post/sign are installed the remaining signs will be taken to storage.

How will I know my order was received?

You will receive a text message confirmation.  

How will I know when my signpost has been installed?

You will receive a photo of the signpost on the property along with written confirmation via text message

What if I have special instructions for my order , such as sign placement?

No problem , send a photo of the property – use your tool bar to draw/indicate placement of the signpost along with any other instructions

Do you choose where to install the signpost?

Yes , 99% of the time the installer chooses the optimum placement – due to unforeseen terrain challenges, but mostly because the installer is an expert . Visibility and maximum exposure is always the goal!

Can I request my signpost to be installed on a specific day and specific time?

YES , Monday-Friday 3:00am – 3:00pm note: an hourly time may garner flexibility.

How do I cancel my request?

If the work is yet to be completed. Call ERIC (949) 357 3048

If the signpost is stolen or destroyed at my property is there a FEE ?

Yes , a $100 deductible will be applied.

Most common occurrence: realtor forgets to order REMOVAL of signpost & the new homeowner’s throw away the signpost. 96″ wooden signposts with hardware are valued at $300

What if a sprinkler line is broken ?

OC post CO is not responsible for broken sprinkler lines. Where-abouts of underground lines are the responsibility of owner & agent. We use a digging bar to gently breach the ground being mindful of the possibility of sprinkler lines.

How long is the signpost rental for?

6 months. Thereafter a $45 renewal Fee will apply for each additional 6 month contract.

 

How much is the service to rent/deliver/install - post & sign ?

Serving :  Orange county , Riverside county , Los Angeles county | Long Beach areas.  $95 – $145 ( 6 months )

 
How do I pay you ? When ?

Currently we accept Venmo & Zelle. 1st time client , we prefer payment upfront. After we establish a rapport, payment is flexible.

Do you rent/install brochure boxes and rider signs?

Yes , we have a great selection of rider signs for all occasions – only $10 dollars!

What if we want to hang our own signs ? Do you provide hardware/hooks ?

Yes , we provide hooks/hardware- our hardware is set up in the 2 most commonly aligned positions… you can adjust the hardware to accommodate your sign.
